This sophisticated residence located in Upple Jagir exemplifies Hothico’s contemporary design approach rooted in spatial elegance and contextual awareness. The structure is defined by its interplay of rectilinear volumes and a dramatic curved glass wall that anchors the composition centrally. The mix of horizontal and vertical massing creates a dynamic street presence, while the symmetry of classical elements—such as the fluted columns and balustraded balconies—adds a touch of timeless grandeur to the modern palette.

The design incorporates both privacy and openness, balancing solid masonry surfaces with large fenestrations that maximize daylight and offer expansive views of the surroundings. Carefully proportioned terraces and balconies provide outdoor transitions on each level, while the setback of the upper storey gives the overall form a lighter profile. Earth-toned textures in beige, stone, and brick merge well with the landscape, ensuring the structure complements its environment rather than dominates it. The front boundary wall, detailed with pilasters and arches, echoes the architectural rhythm of the main house, providing both continuity and a sense of arrival.
