The proposed residence in Sham Pur for client Bheema reflects Hothico’s signature approach to clean, efficient modern design. This compact yet elegant two-storey home is shaped by minimalist geometry and strong horizontal lines that bring a sense of calm and order. The clean white frame enclosing the car porch, paired with contrasting textures in beige and wood finishes, gives the facade a refined and balanced visual composition.
The material treatment is thoughtfully executed to express warmth without compromising the modern aesthetic. Vertical cladding elements in natural beige stone add depth and tactile interest, while the flat roofs and slender black railing provide architectural contrast and rhythm. The curved bay window on the ground floor softens the angular structure, creating a focal point that adds character and enhances the street-facing facade. Strategic use of shading elements and vertical fins enhances both privacy and aesthetics.
