The proposed residence for S. Sarwan Singh Sandhu stands as a compelling example of Hothico Architects’ ability to blend traditional design sensibilities with modern residential architecture. The structure is defined by its bold massing and symmetrical balance, with carefully articulated projections and recessed elements. The curved central façade with tall glass windows creates a striking vertical emphasis, offering both grandeur and natural light, while maintaining privacy through the use of tinted panels.

Material selection plays a crucial role in enhancing the character of the home. The design features a rich combination of earthy brick textures and muted beige plaster, contrasted by crisp white cornices and railings. The red-framed windows add vibrancy and highlight the colonial influence, while arched window shapes add a touch of timeless elegance. The semi-covered balconies and green planters integrate nature into the built form, encouraging a connection with the outdoors. The extended porch with double-height pillars at the front enhances the entrance and lends a majestic presence.
