The proposed residence for Pal Singh in Sherpur is a harmonious fusion of sleek urban design and functional residential planning by Hothico. The elevation captures attention with its well-proportioned massing and bold horizontal articulation, balanced by vertical stone cladding elements that provide both visual texture and structural grounding. The interplay of overhangs, clean lines, and recessed lighting enhances the perception of depth and sophistication, especially in the twilight setting.

This modern two-storey home is designed to create seamless indoor-outdoor transitions while ensuring privacy and security. A prominent balcony runs across the front, framed by layered railings and subtle geometric motifs that break the linearity with rhythm. The use of soft neutral shades and natural materials such as stone, textured plaster, and wood-finish accents establishes a warm and inviting street presence. The gated entrance and boundary wall mirror the home’s architectural vocabulary, maintaining continuity from the inside out.
