The proposed residence for Mr. Lakhvir Singh & Family in Kang Shaib Rai stands as a contemporary interpretation of modern Indian architecture. The design balances clean geometric lines with an earthy color palette, creating a striking but harmonious visual identity. Vertical and horizontal massing elements are well-integrated, drawing the viewer’s attention to different focal points, particularly the tall tower-like structure at the center with wooden cladding and recessed fenestration, giving the façade both height and depth.
