Proposed Design for the Gurudwara Sit Ranjit Singh
This proposed residence is a refined example of compact contemporary design by Hothico, thoughtfully tailored for a modest urban plot. The structure embraces horizontal volume distribution with clean geometry, layered facade treatments, and strategic setbacks that create depth while optimizing usable space. The front elevation skillfully integrates modern box frames and crisp white lines to establish an elegant visual rhythm, making the home appear expansive and organized.
Material textures play a central role in elevating the home’s aesthetic. A combination of rustic stone cladding, horizontal grooves, wood-textured panels, and pastel paint treatments work in harmony to deliver contrast and warmth. The upper floor features a spacious balcony enclosed in glass, fostering an airy ambiance and expanding the home’s visual scope. Wall-mounted lighting elements are strategically placed to highlight textures and define vertical breaks, offering both function and sculptural drama at night.
