This architectural design by Hothico Architects showcases a sleek, vertically oriented structure ideally suited for compact urban plots. The design strategically maximizes vertical space, making it efficient for both residential and commercial usage in high-density zones. The building’s façade integrates a mix of glass and composite cladding, offering a modern aesthetic while allowing ample natural light into the interiors. The use of vertical lines and rectangular geometry enhances the visual height of the structure, giving it a prominent presence despite its narrow footprint.

A key element of this elevation is the balanced composition of materials and symmetry. The green-tinted glass panels are neatly segmented with white grid lines, creating a clean, structured look. These panels are framed by rich brown cladding tiles, which contrast elegantly against the light-colored backdrop. The covered entryway with a visible staircase adds functionality while providing an interesting break in the design. Additionally, the top pergola-style feature adds an element of openness and architectural sophistication.
