This proposed residence for S. Gian Singh & S. Surjit Singh at Lallian Road, Lambra, designed by Hothico Architects, showcases a striking blend of symmetry, grandeur, and functionality. The façade features a meticulously balanced design with twin-columned porticos and an expansive first-floor balcony that mirrors the lower level’s layout. The flat, green-hued sloped roof and minimalist parapet railings lend a clean, modern touch while still echoing classical villa proportions.

From an architectural perspective, the residence emphasizes both openness and privacy. The layout supports a semi-enclosed courtyard-style experience with multiple access points to the balconies and verandahs from every major room. The use of large French-style windows ensures ample natural light, while also enhancing the elevation with repetitive geometric rhythm. The entrance driveway is elegantly planned to accommodate vehicular movement while maintaining pedestrian access distinctly.
