This elegant residence, designed and executed by Hothico Architects for our esteemed client in Jaja Kalan, was completed in 2006. The architectural style reflects a harmonious blend of classical and contemporary elements, marked by bold vertical lines, arched windows, and ornate columns. The grand façade, characterized by a rich mix of textures—from stone cladding to subtle beige and brown accents—creates a timeless aesthetic. The structure stands tall with a triple-storey composition, featuring spacious balconies and arched facades that enhance the overall grandeur and openness of the building.

Attention to proportion, symmetry, and detailing was central to the design approach. The imposing boundary wall complements the main structure while offering privacy and security without compromising visual appeal. Decorative moldings, curved balcony roofs, and traditional-style light fixtures contribute to a stately yet welcoming atmosphere. Surrounded by manicured greenery and aligned with a wide road frontage, this residence remains a proud example of our commitment to thoughtful design and high-quality execution, tailored precisely to our client’s vision and lifestyle needs.
